PET FRIENDLY
To ensure that our guests with pets don't have to separate from their furry friends during their vacation, we offer the "Pet-Friendly Hotel" service.
At Selectum Family Belek, you can stay in an area called Nature Area, exclusively for pet owners. Here, you can comfortably roam with your beloved pets, as the area is designed with the comfort of cats and dogs in mind.
You can only walk your pet in the Nature Area. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the lobby, reception, or any other indoor areas.
During check-in, you can bring your pet in a carrier and complete the check-in process.
A daily fee of 25 Euros is charged for the duration of the stay.
We don't want our little guests to go hungry on their first day of stay. We'll provide food in the rooms for the first day. Afterwards, you can purchase food for a fee.
We gladly welcome pets up to 8 kilograms, including cats and dogs, with up-to-date vaccination records. However, we cannot accommodate tropical species or those prohibited from international travel.
During the reservation process, you need to obtain permission from the hotel management regarding your pet. The hotel may request necessary information from you.
If there is availability, you can request a room change to another pet-friendly room in the Nature Area upon arrival with your pet. Room changes outside of this area are not permitted.
You can spend time with your pet in the designated room and the Nature Area, where they can freely roam and enjoy nature.
COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT PROCESS
In cases of noise or other issues caused by pets, our hotel staff may communicate with the guest for a resolution. If no solution is found, the stay may be terminated.
HOTEL DAMAGE PROCESS
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets during their stay.
ROOM CLEANING PROCESS WITH PETS
You can request room cleaning with your pet; however, your pet should not be present during the cleaning process. All our procedures are designed with our guests and their pets in mind.
In case of noise complaints from other guests during pet accommodation, failure to eliminate the noise, unauthorized entry with the pet outside designated areas, and lack of cooperation, the hotel management reserves the right to terminate the stay. At this stage, the remaining accommodation fee is refunded through the purchasing channel.
